Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Installation Engineer (Solar) to cover the South West region. The role focuses on installing, commissioning and maintaining solar PV systems across the patch, with autonomous work on customer sites and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solar Installer or Solar PV Engineer.
• 18th Edition qualification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain solar PV systems across the South West.
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics and technical troubleshooting on solar systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and installers on solar PV equipment.
• Complete electrical testing to ensure installations meet standards.
• Travel to customer sites across the regional patch using a company vehicle.
• Manage your diary and workload with no on-call requirement.
