Job summary

• Lead a Regional Accelerator Team to deliver propositions for SME customers and build sustainable partnerships.
• Oversee regional activity across local hubs, digital channels and frontline network.
• Develop customer-focused content and coordinate regional activities.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities, supporting customer acquisition and lending growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to promote regional success stories.
• Support One Bank initiatives across the organisation.
