In this important role, you'll lead a Regional Accelerator Team to deliver compelling propositions for SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) customers, strengthen advocacy and build sustainable partnerships across the region. You'll oversee the delivery of regional activity across local hubs, digital channels and the wider frontline network, securing a coordinated and consistent approach that maximises customer and commercial value.
You'll also lead your team to build meaningful relationships with customers, communities and key stakeholders that support retention, advocacy, referrals and growth. You'll promote a positive culture that supports business owners, encourages collaboration and drives high performance across the region.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong knowledge of the SME market, together with the ability to support business start-up and growth. You'll have experience leading and developing teams, along with a proven ability to build and maintain effective networks across internal and external stakeholder groups.
