Job summary

NatWest Group is recruiting a Regional Accelerator Director in Manchester to lead the regional strategy and drive value for SME customers while guiding a high-performing team. The role emphasizes strengthening relationships with customers, communities, and senior stakeholders across the region.

You will oversee delivery across local hubs and digital channels, coordinating with marketing and frontline teams, and travel to Accelerator hubs in the North of England to champion One Bank initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the SME market and experience helping business start-up and growth.
• Experience leading and developing teams with stakeholder networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Regional Accelerator Team to deliver SME propositions.
• Oversee regional activity across local hubs, digital channels and frontline network.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities to drive customer acquisition and lending growth.
• Promote regional success stories with marketing, communications and public affairs teams.
• Support One Bank initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and strengthen connections across the organisation.
