Lloyds Banking Group in the Midlands invites a proven SME/commercial banking leader to helm the Black Country and Shropshire Trading Team. You’ll guide a diverse portfolio of Trading and Agricultural Sector clients, driving income and compliance while developing local business plans with senior stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, requiring diary management to meet business needs and lead a high-performing team, with a generous benefits package offered.

Formación

• Proven SME or commercial banking leader with accountability for a significant client portfolio and team performance.
• Experience leading Relationship Director and Relationship Manager teams, driving outcomes.
• Strong track record in income generation and balance sheet performance.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing at executive levels.
• Expertise in credit, risk and trading and oversight of complex client structures.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to strategic leadership and planning of the Sector in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Motivate, develop, mentor and appraise team members to deliver stretching business goals.
• Develop the capability of the Relationship team and support local business plans.
• Provide oversight to client proposals and opportunities to grow income.
• Evaluate the team's performance against business objectives and actions.
• Support relationship management of clients and introducers across client segments.
