Salary: Up to £55,000 plus Company Vehicle or Car Allowance and Great Company Benefits
Full Time, Permanent role: 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30
A Valid UK Driving License is essential for this role.

Are you an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager looking to make your mark? This is an exciting time to join Mears as we expand. We are seeking a Regional SHE Manager, ideally based in London, willing to cover a large geographical area.
Providing advice and support to operational and administrative teams, the Regional SHE Manager will oversee all SHE aspects across our contracts involving construction and non-construction activities within the branch. Responsibilities include monitoring policy compliance, supporting staff, reporting non-compliance, and fostering a strong health and safety culture among staff and subcontractors.
You will meet KPIs through compliance audits, produce reports with findings and actions, and collaborate with Branch Managers to resolve issues. You will also develop good relationships with clients and staff, delivering high-quality SHE support that ensures legislative and policy compliance.
The role involves delivering formal training, for which a Level 3 qualification in training is advantageous but not essential, as we can support your development. Excellent communication skills and regular travel are required to support field teams across London and South.
