Job summary

DX Group seeks a Regional SHE Manager to lead safety, health and environment programs across multiple sites in the region. You will coach site managers, drive risk reduction and ensure compliance with UK and ROI legislation and Group policies within a 24/7 operation.

The role requires extensive cross-site collaboration, a proactive safety mindset and the ability to travel regularly to sites within the region. A Level 6 health and safety qualification and IOSH progression are preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 6 occupational health and safety qualification or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
• CMIOSH or progressing towards Chartered Membership.
• Experience providing SHE support across a multi-site environment.
• Knowledge of UK and Irish health and safety legislation and standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHE advice and coach operational managers to strengthen risk ownership.
• Audit planning, inspections and assurance activities ensuring compliance with Group standards.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and track corrective actions.
• Analyse SHE performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support environmental permit compliance, waste management and sustainability initiatives.
