Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Regional SHE Manager to lead Safety, Health and Environment across a regional remit in the UK. The role focuses on reducing risk, ensuring strict compliance and driving continual improvement in our 24/7 operation.

You will provide practical SHE guidance, coach site managers, and work with the SHE team to implement group standards and governance. Regular travel and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• A Level 6 occupational health and safety qualification or equivalent, such as NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH), or Graduate Membership with active progression towards Chartered Membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHE guidance and coach site managers to strengthen leadership and ownership of risk.
• Provide assurance to senior leaders on regional compliance, risk management and SHE performance.
• Support compliance with UK/ROI health, safety and environmental legislation and group standards.
• Plan and deliver audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse SHE data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support environmental permit compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop, review and communicate SHE policies and guidance.
