Job summary

Northern Powergrid Limited in West Yorkshire is seeking an inspiring Service Connections Manager to lead a team across Domestic and Small Business Connections. You will coach, develop and hold the team to account for safety, quality and customer outcomes, while building a high-performing culture.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, drive transformation and ensure delivery against performance targets and BMCS metrics in a changing energy landscape focused on low-carbon solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of teams delivering customer, operational and safety outcomes.
• Experience with project or financial management within time, cost and quality.
• Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental management, driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographical area of the Domestic and Small Business Connections Team, delivering performance against customer, operational, safety and financial measures.
• Take ownership and deliver excellent customer service performance as measured by BMCS.
• Ensure connections are delivered to time, cost and quality; maintain robust processes and controls.

Skills

Proven track record of leading teams

Project/financial management

Health, Safety & Environmental knowl.

UK Driving Licence

Education

ONC / HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
