RG Setsquare is seeking a Head of Power in West Yorkshire to lead and grow the electrical infrastructure division. You will drive operational and commercial performance across LV and HV projects, including 11kV and 33kV schemes, substations, and network connections.

You will provide technical leadership, build relationships with DNOs, ICPs and clients, and steer tendering and pricing activities. The role offers significant autonomy to shape strategy and team development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the power, utilities or electrical infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of LV and HV networks.
• Experience delivering 11kV and 33kV projects.
• Knowledge of substations, contestable connections, ICP works and DNO requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience of pricing and project delivery.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strategic business growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of the power division.
• Oversee the delivery of LV and HV electrical infrastructure projects.
• Manage 11kV and 33kV schemes, substation projects and network connections.
• Provide technical leadership and support across the business.
• Develop relationships with DNOs, ICPs, developers and key clients.
• Support tendering, estimating, and project pricing activities.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
• Build, mentor and develop operational and technical teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
