We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our dynamic and growing business as the Regional Service Centre Manager at our Bristol site. This role involves motivating, challenging, and developing a team of over 150 staff across warehousing and transport to ensure operational excellence.

The position offers a competitive salary of £53,456 - £57,522 (dependent on experience), plus a bonus scheme, and includes benefits such as a company car or allowance, private medical cover, uniform allowance, free parking, staff discounts, and a contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Bristol site
• Align the RSC’s vision and objectives with the company’s strategy
• Manage substantial budgets and a large team, ensuring delivery of products at optimal cost and performance
• Build strong relationships with operational management, external suppliers, and customers
• Lead and empower your team, including Warehouse and Transport Assistant Site Managers

About You:

• Proven experience in management within retail and online distribution
• Transport Management CPC qualification
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
