We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our dynamic and growing business as the Regional Service Centre Manager at our Bristol site. This role involves motivating, challenging, and developing a team of over 150 staff across warehousing and transport to ensure operational excellence.
The position offers a competitive salary of £53,456 - £57,522 (dependent on experience), plus a bonus scheme, and includes benefits such as a company car or allowance, private medical cover, uniform allowance, free parking, staff discounts, and a contributory pension scheme.
