TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?

As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to meet business plans and objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, developing strategic plans, and maintaining all processes for a successful TPS Centre.

  1. Ensure the Centre meets its targets and business objectives.
  2. Translate overall sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging yet achievable objectives with first-line management.
  3. Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team.
  4. Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide developmental or corrective support as needed.
  5. Develop a Manpower Plan and implement a succession plan for your centre.
  6. Foster a customer-centric culture within the business.
  7. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the team.
  8. Work within the sales strategy to increase revenue by devising and implementing sales plans.
  9. Regularly monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and take corrective actions.
  10. Analyze market data to understand potential sales opportunities.
  11. Achieve the business plan and budget, controlling costs within set parameters, including Gross Margin levels.
  12. Ensure compliance with business standards, processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines (including Warranty).
  13. Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  14. Ensure the overall security of stock and premises.
