Job summary

Lead Southern Security Engineer role covering the region between Luton and Reading with minimal London travel. You will own the diary, plan workload and lead service, maintenance and small works on CCTV, intruder alarms and access control for a high-security client.

The position offers autonomy, trust and stability with a northern-based employer supporting a southern region. Driving licence and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and small works within CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Ability to operate in secure or high-compliance environments.
• Own diary management and workload ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the southern region as the principal engineer.
• Oversee service, maintenance and small works within defined area.
• Fault-finding, minor upgrades and system improvements.
• Act as trusted technical point of contact for a high-security client.
