You will lead on KS4 science, help shape the curriculum, and work with the Secondary Education Team to raise standards and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering impact and outstanding results in Science.
• Experience in curriculum design and knowledge-rich instruction.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with specialists and Heads of Department.

Responsibilities

• Raise achievement in KS4 Science by teaching excellent lessons, delivering impactful specialist support, and cultivating a scholarly culture.
• Support the design and implementation of an exceptional KS4 curriculum.
• Provide subject-specific curriculum expertise to the wider Astrea Secondary Curriculum Team.
• Lead on the improvement of scholar outcomes in your subject and drive forward the improvement of teaching standards.
