Royal Opera House in London is seeking a School Engagement Manager on a fixed-term basis from January 2027 to lead L&P's school outreach across the South-East and East of England, expanding partnerships and participation in curriculum-linked programs.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to scale engagement, broker partnerships with schools, multi-academy trusts and place-based partners, and help achieve ambitious growth targets in line with the L&P Strategy.

Qualifications

• Understanding of education sector from roles in education or cultural sector.
• Ability to broker complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of education sector and teaching in schools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of opera and/or ballet and widening access initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning to prioritise and drive change.

Responsabilités

• Scale up school engagement with RBO Schools by building partnerships with schools, MATs and place-based partners.
• Work across the South-East and East of England to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure reach and impact of L&P programmes.
