Job summary

Pegasus Opera Company is seeking a confident, creative project manager with a music background to lead participatory activity as we expand touring and Learning & Participation work beyond London. You will enable inclusive, high-quality music-making and build partnerships with schools, community groups and arts partners across the UK.

You will manage projects from conception through evaluation, recruit freelance leaders, oversee budgets and safety practices, and help grow Pegasus Learning &

Qualifications

• Confident and creative project manager with a music background.
• Strong musicianship and ability to develop meaningful partnerships.
• Passion for making music and the arts accessible, inclusive and meaningful to everyone.

Responsibilities

• Lead participatory music activity with children, young people, adults and intergenerational groups.
• Plan and deliver Learning & Participation projects from idea to evaluation, including budgets and reporting.
• Recruit, brief and manage freelance music leaders and practitioners.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management and data protection across all activity.
