Powerforce GB is seeking a Team Leader – Convenience in Newcastle to lead and coach 4 BDEs across the North East and Scotland. You will own a local territory, drive promotions, and partner with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver strong results.

This full-time role offers £28,000 base with a 15% bonus (OTE £32,200), company car or van, fuel card, and comprehensive benefits. Travel up to Perth when required, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in field sales, FMCG, or retail environments.
• Experience coaching and developing a small team.
• Strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 4 BDEs across the North East and Scotland.
• Own and grow your local Newcastle territory and create retailer relationships.
• Promote products, land promotions, and improve in-store visibility.
• Report progress and hit personal and territory targets.
