Job summary

Gradus Ltd is seeking an Area Sales & Specification Manager to drive Wall Protection sales across the Southeast and London. Remote-based with around 60% travel, you will build strong relationships with architects, contractors and specifiers, leading CPD seminars and providing technical support.

Ideal candidates have proven sales and specification experience in construction or interior products, with a proactive, autonomous approach and ability to manage multiple complex tasks to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and specification within construction/interior products.
• Strong network in architectural and design communities in SE London.
• Experience with Tier 1 & 2 contractors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Wall Protection in SE London.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, specifiers and end-users.
• Organise CPD seminars and provide technical support and product presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow non-healthcare markets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
