Do you enjoy providing great customer service? Do you have a flair for sales and some supervisory experience? If so, we have just the role for you. We are looking for a Regional Sales Office Manager to oversee our Birmingham and surrounding area sales, managing some of our national clients as well as regional customers.

What will I be doing:
Our success relies on strong relationships with our customers and delivering on our orders. It’s essential that you can influence branch teams and represent Travis Perkins professionally, providing friendly and enthusiastic service.
Take ownership of quotes and orders from inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up, converting inquiries into sales contracts.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Travis Perkins products and services, offering alternatives and related products when appropriate.
Work directly with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment for customers.
With your organizational skills and collaborative approach, you will handle various daily challenges within the regional Sales office while maintaining excellent customer and colleague relationships.
You will lead, motivate, and engage the team to work cohesively and take accountability for success.
Coach and mentor direct reports, including rising stars and management apprentices, as needed.
Experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience managing a small sales team with leadership and motivation skills is important.
Transferable skills such as leadership, customer service, organization, influencing, and sales experience are required.
