Envirogen Technologies is seeking a money-motivated Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to own and grow our industrial water treatment business across the North of England. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close.

This role rewards performance with uncapped earnings and a supportive team. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in industrial sales, strong relationships with facility engineers, and the drive to win new business and expand

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales.
• Track record of winning new business and expanding accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic sales territory with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business opportunities across industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, laboratories, and commercial operations.
• Consult and prescribe water treatment solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Deliver compelling technical proposals and close high-value contracts.
• Expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Exceed sales targets and drive uncapped earnings.
