Job summary

Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover London West region, including Hertfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire. You will manage and grow relationships with distribution partners and contractors, driving market share and product visibility for British Gypsum and Isover.

The role is home-based with regular travel across the London West region. You should bring proven sales experience in construction or distribution, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within construction, building materials or distribution.
• Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and margin management.
• Proactive, able to identify opportunities through effective questioning.
• Ability to build relationships with distribution clients and contractors.
• Comfortable tracking live projects from specification to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow opportunities across regional distribution and contractor base.
• Track live construction projects to influence specification and secure supply.
• Support and negotiate commercial agreements in line with regional strategies.
• Visit distribution partners and contractors to build long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the main contact between distribution clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Drive market share, product mix and visibility of British Gypsum and Isover in the region.
