Up to £45k + Bonus + Car Allowance

My client is a global soft drinks brand looking to expand their sales team across the country. This company is known for its fantastic ethos and culture, along with the development of their team.

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the growing team. This Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve growth within their sales area and drive the business forward. The role involves forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring productivity among a team of 6.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade and proven leadership experience.

Regional Sales Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of Regional Managers to deliver business growth through negotiations, nurturing On Trade and RTM relationships.
• Building long-term trading relationships with key accounts.
• Tracking KPIs with the team.
• Developing the team and managing individual partnerships.
• Forecasting and delivering on budget.
• Providing brand education and training to suppliers, retailers, and consumers.
• Qualitative selection and development of customers.
• Identifying sponsorship and promotional opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• Must come from a drinks background with a good understanding of Field Sales and On Trade sales across Wholesale and RTM.
• Experience leading a sales team to successful forecasting.
• Extensive experience in winning new business in the On Trade sector, with negotiation skills.
• Experience in the beer and brewing industry is desirable but not essential.
• Results-focused with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel and work evenings and weekends when required.
