Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in our dynamic team, develop a successful career in sales and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Visit existing and new customers.

Understand and promote a range of equipment.

Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the company's success.

Target foreign markets and develop sales export opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in excavator attachments or agricultural sales.

Strong knowledge of excavator attachments or agricultural products and practices. (not essential but desired)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to meet customers.

Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating reports
