Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Digital Identity and Security (DIS) team.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business in targeted verticals within French-speaking countries, aiming to meet annual sales targets.
  • Establish a strong presence in targeted verticals and accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Drive engagement with new clients through the sales cycle, utilizing CRM tools to track activity.
  • Leverage Thales sales tools and collaborate with support teams to secure new business.
  • Work with resellers and distributors to identify new opportunities within prospect accounts.
  • Manage accurate reporting, including forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Present IAM solutions confidently to clients and prospects, demonstrating expertise.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven sales experience in new business development.
  • Knowledge and experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) is essential.
  • Ability to network effectively and consistently win new business.
  • Experience in quota-driven, complex sales environments.
  • Skilled in consultative selling at C-suite level, capable of presenting complex solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills to optimize sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, and guiding POCs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
