Regional Sales Manager - £40,000+Tronc+Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join a dynamic sales team, overseeing 4 venues (bars/restaurants) – 3 in Central London and 1 outside London.This exciting role offers the chance to contribute to the growth of the business by securing large event bookings and driving sales across all venues.The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for sales and hospitality.In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and increasing event bookings.You’ll be part of a team of Business Development Managers and will report to the senior management team.Please bear in mind the position is fully on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your venues.
  • Focus on securing large event bookings, contributing to the growth of business.
  • Focus on a 70/30 split between proactive and reactive sales efforts, with a focus on expanding business opportunities.
  • No direct team management but work collaboratively with a team of other BDMs to meet targets.

About You:

  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and hospitality.
  • Any hospitality sales background is welcome!
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Comfortable working primarily in-venue, with minimal working from home.
