About the Role

Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Refrigeration (Account Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – HVAC | Distributor Channel Sales)

Location: UK – South UK

We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a highly respected manufacturer of commercial refrigeration systems, well-established in the UK HVAC/R sector. The role focuses on account management, maintaining strong relationships, growing existing channels, and supporting installer/contractor sales through distribution partners. There are opportunities for business development as the company reviews its channel strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop key distributor relationships across the UK HVAC/R market.
  2. Support distributor sales teams to drive demand at installer and contractor levels.
  3. Train and educate partners on new products, technical features, and system benefits.
  4. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts for product penetration and volume increases.
  5. Assess and bring in new distributors into the network.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance brand visibility and support.
Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Sales experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Engineering sectors.
  • Understanding of distributor channels and sales cycles to installers and contractors.
  • Account management experience with a proactive, commercially aware approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills at various levels.
Package

Salary: £45,000–£52,000 + Bonus (20%)
