Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment is working on behalf of an established business within the UPCV building products and fenestration sector to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager covering Leeds and York. This full-time, permanent position involves developing new business, strengthening customer relationships and increasing sales across the designated territory.

A company car and a commission scheme are offered, with a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in area/territory sales leadership.
• Experience in windows, doors, building products or fenestration.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective area sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the trade market.
• Build and maintain relationships with installers, builders, and contractors.
• Promote the company’s range of window, door and building products.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and generate new business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline against targets.
• Represent the business professionally at meetings and events.
