Job summary

The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring successful execution of the company’s sales strategy across the region. Responsibilities include coaching the regional team, monitoring KPIs, conducting customer visits, and providing regular reporting to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and company objectives.
• Coach, support, and develop regional sales team; drive performance and KPI achievement.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers; conduct visits and presentations.
• Regular reporting of sales activities, results and forecasts to Sales Director.
• Monitor and manage regional sales budget and identify growth opportunities.
