Bachmann Chemical & Engineering seeks a Global Sales Director to drive worldwide revenue targets and expand market share. You will lead regional sales and applications teams, shape global strategies, and oversee channel partnerships and customer engagement across diverse regions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in B2B sales of specialty materials/equipment, strong leadership, and a track record in international markets. Expect a high travel role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field of study required or strongly preferred MBA.
• Proficiency with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
• Self‑directed, detail oriented and reliable.
• Travel up to 60% is required.
• 10+ years of B2B experience in value‑added materials/equipment.
• Significant experience managing international sales teams (Asia/Europe).
• 10+ years in sales org development; experience with adhesives, sealants, coatings, light‑cure/dispense equipment advantageous.
• Demonstrates integrity, leadership, and ability to mentor global teams.
• Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance issues affecting ops.

Responsibilities

• Achieve topline sales and gross margin targets via global plans and regional growth priorities.
• Build a high‑performing, globally distributed sales and application tech team through leadership and development.
• Oversee branding and channel partner management; align tech support with growth targets.
• Lead market strategies with business development leaders; analyze trends and competitive landscapes globally.
• Identify new opportunities and expand markets using funnel management and forecasting systems.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards across sales operations and partners.
• Develop product opportunities by guiding regional engineering and research teams.
