Job summary

MGF Ltd in Dartford is seeking an Area Sales & Regional Account Manager to lead the regional sales team from the Dartford depot. You will drive B2B growth in the utilities infrastructure sector, collaborates with sales, engineering, account management and marketing to deliver integrated plans that maximize customer value.

The role requires a proven track record, a visionary leadership style, and ability to develop and empower teams, manage customer expectations, and deliver excellent after-sales

Qualifications

• Essential construction sector experience in utilities infrastructure.
• Ability to support frontline operational staff effectively.
• Working knowledge of applicable legislation, codes of practice, safety and regulations.
• Logical, organised and able to plan programmes of works.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation.
• Experience in delivering B2B sales within a regional team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the regional sales team and coordinate with other business areas.
• Monitor appointments, schedules and travel to optimise client engagement.
• Ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered with best solutions.
• Support lead generation and qualification of opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Lead recruitment, appraisals and performance reviews in line with company policy.
