Job summary

Catering is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South East Coast, from Worthing to Kent. This field-based role centers on face-to-face engagement, visiting customer sites, promoting products and encouraging store footfall.

You will support trade stores, develop relationships with smaller accounts, and work toward regional sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to maximise opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or business development.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customer sites across your region and building relationships through face-to-face engagement.
• Promoting the brand, products, catalogues and current promotions.
• Encouraging customers to visit local trade stores and increasing footfall and sales.
• Supporting smaller and developing customer accounts to capture opportunities.
• Working toward and contributing to regional sales and turnover targets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and passing potential customers to the Business Development team for follow-up.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure inquiries and quotations are handled efficiently.
