Job summary

MGF Ltd is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Representative - Lifting & Safety to cover the Midlands and surrounding areas, with UK support across opportunities including Scotland. You will promote MGF's lifting equipment, fall protection, accessories and the Lifting by Design service, while building relationships across construction and industrial sectors to drive sustainable growth.

Your role includes developing new accounts, expanding existing business, and collaborating with sales,

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, lifting accessories and safety products.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Deliver profitable growth through development of new and existing customer accounts within your region.
Promote MGF's full range of Lifting & Safety products and services, including the Lifting by Design offering.
Work with Area Sales Managers, Account Managers and Key Account Managers to identify and convert opportunities.
Develop strategic relationships with customers across construction, demolition, crane hire, heavy engineering, utilities, petrochemical and industrial sectors.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the MGF portfolio.
Monitor sales performance and market trends; provide recommendations for future growth.
Represent MGF at industry events, exhibitions and technical forums.
