We are searching for a Regional Sales Director to own and grow the South of England and Wales. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and leading a team of self-employed agents – and making sure they deliver.

After six months of strong performance, share optuibs are available. We don’t just offer a job. We offer a chance to build something valuable.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Recruiting and managing a winning team of self-employed sales agents.
  • Leading from the front: coaching, pushing, and closing big merchant deals yourself when needed.
  • Building a high-activity, high-earning culture across your region.
  • Managing agent performance ruthlessly – backing your top players, moving on from passengers.
  • Reporting directly to senior leadership with clear numbers, not excuses.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years frontline merchant services/POS sales experience – you know how deals are done.
  • Minimum 2 years management experience – ideally managing commission-only/self-employed teams.
  • Hunger to grow a region like it’s your own business.
  • Resilience, drive, and the mentality to win without needing hand-holding.
