The Broadcom Global System Integration team for India-based GSI is a highly integrated team serving the top Indian GSI for Broadcom software globally. These premier accounts are managed by experienced Global Account Directors based in India, partnered with technical Solution executives and Regional Sales Directors across North America and EMEA, supported by regional technical architects. The goal is to deepen relationships across multiple lines of business, GTM, Delivery, Practice, and CIO organizations worldwide.

Our sales approach focuses on our customers’ primary business initiatives, connecting our value to their business value. Our Value Selling strategy involves investing in our customers’ transformation through dedicated account management, marketing, engineering teams, and high-level engagement.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

This role reports to Prashant Sharma, Global Sales Leader for India-based GSI's. It is a key part of our coverage for strategic accounts, requiring engagement with CXOs and key stakeholders to build deep and broad relationships. Success depends on a global, collaborative mindset and close coordination with Business Units, Engineering, Services, and Marketing to present a unified Broadcom view.

  • Manage tactical business while pursuing long-term strategic opportunities, balancing SaaS & Subscription sales, with clear ownership of pipeline progression and closure.
  • Focus primarily on VCF BU, with secondary focus on selling other BUs and services through strategic partnerships to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure pipeline actions (CQ, NQ, NQ+1) are advanced, collaborating with BU & Marketing to achieve a pipeline 2.5 times the quarterly quota.
  • Maintain high-touch, trusted advisor relationships with clients, executing quarterly coverage plans.
