Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support a portfolio of stores and drive the people agenda across the regional retail estate.

You will partner with store and area managers, coach leaders through ER matters, and promote engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is based in Milton Keynes and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Solid knowledge and experience of managing ER cases with confidence.
• Ability to influence and challenge at all levels professionally.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience working across field-based and corporate teams.
• CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store and area managers to support day-to-day HR needs.
• Build strong, effective relationships across the retail team.
• Coach and guide managers through employee relations matters and development.
• Support change management initiatives across your area.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employment law and HR policy.
• Champion employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
