We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Regional Quality Coordinator to join our friendly team in Leicester on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

As a Regional Quality Coordinator, you will manage and maintain the quality of all products produced at IPS Leicester and Coventry by controlling Product Specifications, ensuring compliance with QA and Food Safety standards.

Salary: £33,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.

Key Duties:

1. Ensure product quality, integrity, and traceability through the management of IPS Quality Procedures.
2. Ensure adherence to the IPS Quality Management System at Leicester and Coventry.
3. Review and support the Quality Systems and Production Department daily.
4. Verify final products meet client specifications (SPI).
5. Utilize management systems (VISION) effectively.
6. Complete and maintain all paperwork and systems accurately per company procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with hygienic audits, both internal and external.
8. Analyze customer complaints to identify trends and root causes.
9. Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure health and safety compliance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
10. Develop and deliver staff training on health and safety practices.
11. Perform risk assessments for operational activities and implement controls.
12. Encourage reporting of near misses and incidents to promote safety culture.
