Marston's is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 23 partnership pubs across the South Coast, Thames Valley & South East Home Counties. You will drive commercial performance, build strong partner relationships and ensure high standards of guest experience and compliance.

The role requires multi-site leadership, a commercial mindset and the ability to travel across the region. You will report to the Operations Director and contribute to divisional plans with local execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations in hospitality or leisure.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing sales and profits.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Own area P&L and drive sustainable sales and profit growth.
• Coach and support Self-Employed Partners with regular visits and reviews.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and compliance, including licensing.
