Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a Business Development Manager covering Southampton & Portsmouth. You will manage around 37 pubs, own the P&L, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver strong retail performance and customer experience.

You’ll design and implement tailored business plans with pub operators, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Pub Operations, Estates and Property teams to ensure profitability and sustainable communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or business development is essential.
• Strong ability to grow profitability through commercial initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills are required.
• Able to plan and execute tailored business plans for each pub.

Responsabilités

• Manage around 37 pubs within your patch.
• Own the P&L for each pub and drive financial performance.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans with operators and lessees.
• Collaborate with Pub Operations, Estates and Property teams to grow profitability.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and retail performance.
