Job summary
Stonegate Pub Company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to cover Bath to Bournemouth and surrounding areas. You will support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L&T Division, delivering a strategic plan to increase whole pub profit and profitability.
The role requires recruiting and developing capable publicans, maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs, and delivering regular reviews with clear minutes in line with the Pubs Code.
Qualifications
- Must be able to drive and stay overnight as needed.
- Experienced multi-unit leader with proven results.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple pubs within Bath to Bournemouth region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase whole pub profit.
- Recruit, develop and support publicans, ensuring high standards.
- Review performance with minutes and align with the Pubs Code.
- Collaborate with support functions and suppliers to meet objectives.
