Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to cover the Bristol area, supporting a portfolio of publicans within the Core L&T Division. You will craft and execute a strategic plan to maximise whole pub profit, recruit capable publicans, and uphold high standards across leased and tenanted pubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust regional strategic plan to increase whole pub profit.
• Lead and support multiple leased and tenanted pubs within your region.
• Recruit, mentor and fund capable publicans to grow the estate.
• Ensure high property standards and consistency with Pubs Code.
• Provide business advice, conduct regular reviews, and drive skills development.
• Collaborate with Pub Support Centre and suppliers to meet procurement goals.
