Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Regional Manager for the Lincolnshire/North Lincolnshire region. You will lead and support a portfolio of pubs, driving profitability and guest experience across our leased and tenanted sites.

You will recruit and develop high-performing publicans, uphold high retail standards, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals. A proactive, data-driven leader with strong negotiation and people-management skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and stay overnight as needed.
• Experienced multi-unit leader with proven results.
• Strong leadership aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple pub operations within the Lincolnshire/North Lincolnshire region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase whole pub profit and publican profitability.
• Recruit, develop and support publicans while maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs.
• Collaborate with Pub Support Centre and suppliers to meet procurement and operational goals.
