We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Property Operations Team Manager to lead our Property Management operations across Dorset, the Isle of Wight and surrounding areas. With Hampshire being incorporated into the portfolio within the next three months, this is an exciting opportunity to lead teams across a diverse and growing operational area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide effective remote leadership, drive operational performance and support our teams to deliver consistently high standards of service, while helping to strengthen stakeholder relationships and support portfolio growth.

What you will be doing As part of your everyday role, you are likely to be involved in the following:

• Leading and managing Property Management teams across Dorset, the Isle of Wight and surrounding regions
