Brainkind is seeking a Regional Property Project Manager to deliver property-related projects across a region, including capital works, refurbishments, relocations, and maintenance programmes. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of estates management.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, coordinate external partners, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while aligning projects with broader property strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, refurbishment, and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across locations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solid financial and budget management capabilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation (CDM).
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage property projects from inception to completion within time and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, programmes and budgets.
• Procure and manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
• Maintain project documentation and audit trails.
