Job summary

Bannatyne is seeking an experienced Regional Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishment across a designated region. This hands-on, multi-site role requires close collaboration with General Managers and trusted contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality facilities.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, lead energy and sustainability initiatives, and travel across the East and South-East of England.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in estates or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Budget management and cost-control experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multi-site region.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Manage budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with contractors, suppliers and monitor SLAs.
