Job summary

Love Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of development and refurbishment projects across multiple locations in the UK. The role is hands-on, commercially minded and involved from initial planning through to handover.

You will manage concept through to construction, fit-out and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality, safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, refurbishment or fit-out
• Strong understanding of design, construction and brand standards
• Excellent organisational and budgeting abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines
• Coordinate contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and external partners
• Lead tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety
• Identify and resolve project risks and delays, controlling costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements
• Provide project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
• Support franchise partners throughout development process
• Ensure alignment with design and brand standards
