Job summary

GLF Schools is hiring four Regional Projects & Operations Leads to drive high-impact projects across our southern region schools. This hybrid role collaborates with school leaders and central teams to turn strategy into action.

Ideal candidates will have experience in project, operations or change management, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Regions available: Western, Central, South-East and Secondary Phase.

Multiple locations across the South of England | Hybrid Working £47,160 FTE | 36 hours per week

GLF Schools is looking for four Regional Projects & Operations Leads to drive high-impact projects, support operational excellence, and help our schools thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project, operations, or change professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and turning strategy into action.

You'll work closely with school leaders and central teams across HR, Finance, Estates, IT and Education to deliver a diverse range of projects, from introducing SEND provision and new nursery settings to managing strategic operational initiatives that support school improvement and growth.
