We have a fantastic opportunity for a Modernisation Programme Manager to join us on a full-time, two-year fixed-term basis. This role is remote with regular travel.
As the Modernisation Programme Manager, you will lead the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations. You should have strong leadership skills, relevant qualifications, and experience in delivering high-value, multi-disciplinary projects within the building industry.
Your leadership will enhance project governance, productivity, and encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Plan, schedule, and lead multiple construction projects across the UK, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage project lifecycles from conception to completion, establishing structured methodologies and governance.
- Implement agile change management processes to track and approve changes throughout projects.
Compliance & Risk
- Develop detailed construction strategies aligned with UK regulations.
- Maintain quality control and continuous improvement processes to meet standards and address nonconformities.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Cost Control
- Monitor and manage project expenses against budgets.
- Analyze cost variations and implement corrective actions.
