Broad Core Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design and develop marketing campaigns that drive demand.
  • Proactive in researching and developing campaign ideas that drive results with the defined audience.
  • Developing campaign briefs, timelines and KPIs aligned to marketing and pipeline goals.
  • Reverse funnelling to measure target conversion rates against campaign target to track performance.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience managing and executing effective demand/lead generation campaigns.
  • Experienced using HubSpot or similar.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Experience managing external agencies to scale campaigns/execution.
  • Passion for customer-first initiatives, and a desire to continually learn.

Highly desirable:
