About WebMD Health Services:

WebMD Health Services (WHS), a division of WebMD, provides expert guidance to help individuals take charge of their health. We support employees, health insurers, and public sector organisations with health and wellbeing solutions that improve outcomes and drive lasting behaviour change.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Well-being Programme Manager to work with one of our global clients in supporting and enhancing their workplace health and wellbeing strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting WebMD services while working closely with the client’s internal teams to shape and execute a long-term, evidence-based wellbeing programme.

This is a UK-remote role, and the successful candidate will collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders, supporting a UK client base while also aligning with a global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client’s internal health and wellbeing team to develop and deliver a strategic wellness programme tailored to their organisational goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of onsite and virtual wellness activities, events, and workshops.
  • Build strong relationships with internal client stakeholders (e.g., HR, Benefits, Occupational Health, Internal Communications) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage annual wellness calendars, engagement campaigns, and measure participation and outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client’s network of wellbeing champions, providing ongoing training, coaching, and support.
  • Analyse and present wellbeing data to stakeholders, supporting insight-led decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal WebMD teams to customise and implement digital tools, rewards systems, and partner integrations.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new service opportunities, process improvements, and programme enhancements.
  • Support budget management and reporting, and contribute to business case development for wellbeing initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A degree (or equivalent UK Level 6 qualification) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Occupational Health, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, health & wellbeing consulting, or programme delivery.
  • Proven experience implementing employee health and wellbeing initiatives in a corporate or public sector setting.
  • Strong understanding of UK health and wellbeing priorities (e.g., mental health, DEI, hybrid work, lifestyle change, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis and reporting experience is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally (up to 10%).

Desirable (but not required):

  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Recognised wellbeing or coaching certification (e.g., CIPD in Wellbeing, UKPHR registration, IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing, etc.).
  • Experience with health coaching, wellbeing champion programmes, or digital wellbeing platforms.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and health data protection in a UK workplace setting.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
