Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: UK (Remote)

Duration: 12 months+ extensions

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
• Any one area from: Access management, identity experience (OR) system reliability, stability, performance (OR) threat intelligence, security, financial crime
• Will work on multiple projects at a time
• Will be responsible for entire project lifecycle - Project initiation meeting, structure of the project, meetings cadence ect.
• They could be firefighting issues on other projects like resourcing issues , prioritizing issues
• Dealing with escalations when problems come in.
• They will be doing a good bit of reporting – status reports for leadership
• End of the project – comms to leadership, running retros.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
